We Are The Farm

Welcome to 'We are the Farm'. The Production Farm has always been a great idea. Ideas are beautiful and they can change and adapt, but how can we make that idea real and tangible without diminishing what made that idea great to be begin with? How do we help? How do we practice, teach and learn about mental health? How can we help others or ourselves to succeed?

Or maybe we know how to help and we just don't know how to start. Maybe there isn't enough time. Or you say to yourself I don't have enough energy. Or I am scared to reach out and make that step.

We want you to allow yourself to recognize, model, and practice one amazing and often overlooked mental health conundrum. It is not only for those who are ill, diagnosed, or struggling; that if you are struggling, have a diagnosis, or ill that this does not define you, is something that can heal, and cannot be something you can simply will away, or fix; that it exists on a continuum and isn’t fixed and different for every individual; that it starts with recognition and information. It starts with you.

We are the farm is the start of what we hope will help us, as individuals come together to play, connect, and grow. We encourage you to reach out and share. If you want to be featured on our site, share your creativity and passions, share resources, or art (any art form) tutorials, share your recipes or workouts, share community events, share your success stories, share your fail stories...
