The Production Farm is guided by a board of directors who are professionals in the fields of business development, employment, mental health, and education.

Brent Dubois

(Vice President) is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Lab USA, the North American arm of the CNIM Groupe, a European Waste to Energy company specializing in recycling and innovation technology. Brent was a 15 year member of the Bellevue Fire Department in Green Bay where he was a firefighter and served as president of their benevolent association for 8 years before resigning to spend more time with his growing family. He is also a current board of directors member for the Kiwanis Club Downtown Green Bay.

(Treasurer) DeLeers delivers Residential and Commercial Construction Solutions in Green Bay, Fox Valley, Door County, Kewaunee County, Manitowoc County, Marinette County, Oneida County, Vilas County, Waupaca County, Wisconsin and beyond.
